이지쿨시럽
Individually packaged fever reducers have been newly released.
There is a previous post about fever reducers, so please refer to that,
and today I'll only talk about the new products. 🙂
The existing individually packaged fever reducer productsnamely
the 챔프, 콜대원, and 키즈앤펜 brands
acetaminophen (Acetaminophen)oribuprofen (Ibuprofen)were fever reducers.
The fever reducer released this time is
Dexibuprofen (Dexibuprofen) as a new ingredient,
for the first time it is significant as the first product to be launched.
First of all, Dexibuprofen — we should check what kind of ingredient it is, right?
Dexibuprofen is a non-steroidal (Non Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs) anti-inflammatory analgesic antipyretic,
of the so-called non-Tylenol class, ibuprofen — it is an antipyretic of the same class.
As for bottle packaging, 맥시부펜 is a well-known antipyretic.
Then, 맥시부펜(Dexibuprofen) and 부루펜(ibuprofen) what is different?
Many mothers ask about this.
To speak a little academically,
Dexibuprofenis ibuprofen's mirror-image isomer (Enamtiomoph).
What I mean is,
Look in a mirror…
You can see yourself with left and right reversed, right?
When I raise my right arm, the me in the mirror raises the left arm.
'Me' and 'the me in the mirror' are not exactly the same, you see,
Something that looks like this reflection in a mirror, with a left-right symmetrical form,
is called a mirror-image isomer.
ibuprofenis S-ibuprofen(dex-ibuprofen)and R-ibuprofen(levo-ibuprofen),the
enantiomers — both mixed together in a single form,
dexibuprofenis
an ingredient, from this mixture, that excludes the side-effect-causing R-ibuprofen and consists solely of the
antipyretic,, analgesic,, and anti-inflammatory S-ibuprofen that mainly exhibits these effects.
Therefore, it has fewer side effects compared to ibuprofen,, and you can achieve equivalent effects even with a smaller dose, right?
Was that too academic? ^^;;
In a word, ibuprofenthat mainly produces effects — only that component was extracted to create dexibuprofen. That's what it means^^

They have the same ingredients, but there are slight differences.
판콜아이시럽 contains preservatives, which may cause some people to feel a little put off.
On the other hand, 이지쿨시럽 has preservatives not included.
As such, 이지쿨시럽, any leftover amount after giving it to your child should not be stored,and we recommend discarding it.
Both are 6mL packaging.
This is approximately the dose for a child weighing 10~15Kg.
For reference, if you check individually packaged antipyretic products with different active ingredients,
Acetaminophen(챔프시럽(빨), 콜대원키즈펜시럽) come in 5mL packaging,
approximately the dose for 12~15.9kg,
Ibuprofen(챔프이부펜시럽(파), 콜대원키즈이부펜시럽, 키즈앤펜시럽) also In 5mL packaging,
this is the amount taken by 2~3 year-olds (expressed using the licensed age range).
Although there is a slight difference in the volume per 1 packet,
the per-packet volume of the three individually packaged antipyretic products
is roughly the amount that children of similar ages would take, I think.
When you open the lid, there is a feverish child smiling brightly 🙂
The packaging, too,has been carefully attended to in detail. ㅎ
Emphasizing no preservatives and no artificial coloring,이지쿨시럽it is.
You may feel some resistance because it comes from a company called 휴온스 that many haven't heard much of,
but only the sales are handled by 휴온스; the actual manufacturing is done by a company called 한국콜마.
챔프시럽, 챔프이부펜시럽, 키즈앤펜시럽 are also manufactured by this 한국콜마,
and that is why all of them are being released as products sharing the same concept of no preservatives and no artificial coloring. 🙂
For individually packaged antipyretics, under OTC drug approval,
acetaminophenis at least 4 months of age
Ibuprofenand Dexibuprofencan be taken from 6 months of age or older,
so please keep this in mind.
Before that age, you should consult a professional before giving it.

First of all, I am quite pleased about the launch of this new product.
To be honest, I had been waiting for an individually packaged product containing the dexibuprofen ingredient………
As mentioned above,
for the first time Dexibuprofen products have been launched in individual packaging,and so,
when a child has a fever, or as a household staple medicine, the range of fever reducers that can be chosen has widened is what it is.
Actually, 이지쿨시럽 has been out for longer than you might think.It has been quite a while, in fact.
The reason I didn't bother posting about it was that I thought it wouldn't have much of an impact(?), so I just waited a bit…^^;;
Even if I announced the new product launch, I thought customers wouldn't be able to purchase it…
You might have even experienced inconvenience trying to find it.
이지쿨시럽because it would not have been easy at all to find a pharmacy selling it…
However, this time, Dongwha Pharmaceutical has launched 판콜아이시럽, and
I thought this product would be a bit easier to find, so I decided to write about both of them together. 🙂
Dongwha Pharmaceutical, leveraging their well-known cold medicine brand 판콜, appears to be making moves to expand into the children's syrup market as well.
The brand 판콜 also This time, dexibuprofennot only,
cough, runny nose, acetaminophen(Tylenol series) fever reducers, but also digestive aids or motion sickness medicine—I wonder if they could go ahead and release those as well.
Of course, it would be all the better if they were released with different ingredients from the existing ones, right? ^^

On the other hand, dexibuprofenthe top brand for the ingredient, 맥시부펜,
has not yet released individually packaged products, which is something that remains disappointing.
Perhaps… at some point in the future, 맥시부펜 individually packaged products If it is released,
consumers will see the product find it novel,
and I think they will be able to purchase it without any hesitation.
After all, compared to the 판콜 brand, 맥시부펜 brand will adapt to the market more quickly, right?
I hope more products will be released.
